INRIM (Coordinator) is the Italian National Metrology Institute. The Bio-Metrology group has expertise in cellular and molecular biology. INRIM leads the project, contributing to all work packages, and leads WP5 and WP6.

PTB is Germany's national metrology institute, bringing solid expertise in developing nucleic acid analysis methods and their standardisation. PTB leads WP3 on genomic reference and EQA materials evaluation and characterisation and will contribute to all work packages.

LNE
LNE is the French National Metrology Institute. LNE has extensive expertise in developing reference methods and RMs for the standardisation of clinically relevant biomarkers. LNE’s main contribution will be in WP3. LNE is also contributing to WP1, WP4, WP5, and WP6.

MUG
MUG is the Medical University of Graz (Austria). MUG offers expertise in molecular diagnostics and biobanking. MUG contributes to all work packages, especially in WP1 and WP3.

CEA (CREFIX) is part of the French genomic medicine plan.
CEA leads the establishment of NGS workflows and bioinformatics (WP1 and WP4) and participates in all work packages.

BIO-RAD
Bio-Rad (unfunded partner) provides expertise in nucleic acid analysis through droplet digital PCR, supporting the project's focus on precision medicine and metrology in clinical research. BIO‑RAD contributes to all work packages.

NML at LGC
NML at LGC is the UK's designated institute for chemical and bio-measurement. Through its expertise in measurement science, reference materials production, and the development of international standards, LGC supports the coordination of GenomeMET, leads WP1, and contributes to all work packages.

METAS
METAS is the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology. METAS offers broad and solid experiences in NGS and bioinformatics along with standard molecular biology techniques.
METAS leads WP4 and will contribute to all work packages.

FPO
FPO is the Candiolo Cancer Institute. FPO is involved in WP1 by providing samples from selected xenopatients, tissue, and liquid biopsies and contributes to all work packages

UNITO
UNITO is the Università di Torino (Italy). The Translational Research Center for Innovative Medicine (TReCIM) focuses on advancing research on cellular and molecular biology. UNITO contributes to all work packages, especially in WP3.

GENQA is a genomics EQA provider from the UK. GENQA ensures the quality of genomic testing services across various platforms and methodologies.
GenQA will participate in all work packages.

NIB
NIB is a Slovenian research institute specializing in biology, biotechnology, medicine, and ecology. NIB's Department of Biotechnology and Systems Biology offers expertise in genetically modified organisms detection and quantitative molecular approaches. NIB leads WP2 and contribute to all work packages.

TUBITAK UME
TUBITAK UME is the Turkish National Metrology Institute.
UME’s Bioanalysis Laboratory develops new measurement methods to meet advances in technology.
TUBITAK contributes to RMP development in WP2 and contribute to all work packages.

ULE (Leeds Institute of Medical Research) brings together academic pathology and data analytics to advance research in cancers. ULE participates in all work packages, except WP3.
